The Opportunity
Boutwell Fay LLP is seeking transactional ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney candidates with a minimum of four years of legal or relevant industry experience in the ERISA/employee benefits and executive compensation area.  
 

Qualified candidates will have knowledge of and experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • tax-qualified retirement plans;

  • health and welfare benefit plans;

  • nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity compensation and retention programs; and

  • employee benefit plans and compensation arrangements in mergers and acquisitions. 

 

A successful candidate will have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school, exceptional research skills, analytical and writing abilities, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and must work well within a collaborative team. 
 

This opportunity can be fully remote, but candidates must be licensed to practice in their home jurisdiction.  Licensure in California would be a plus but is not required.
