The webinar included an in-depth review of the recently issued IRS guidance regarding mid-year amendments to safe harbor 401(k) plans, a discussion of the updated safe-harbor notice, election opportunity requirements, when mid-year amendments are permitted and when they are prohibited, including a flow chart of some of the steps in described in the new guidance which is available via the following link:
