We are thrilled to congratulate Candace Finn on becoming an attorney at Boutwell Fay LLP!
Candace has been a valued member of the Boutwell Fay team, serving as a Law Clerk while awaiting bar admission after previously externing with the firm during her final semester at Lewis & Clark Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor, along with a Certificate in Federal Tax Law.
Candace advises employers and fiduciaries on employee benefits and ERISA matters. Drawing on almost a decade of retirement plan consulting experience, she brings practical insight into retirement plan administration, fiduciary governance, investment oversight, and regulatory compliance, allowing her to provide clients with thoughtful, business-focused guidance on complex employee benefits issues.
Prior to joining Boutwell Fay, Candace spent nearly nine years with Multnomah Group, Inc., where she worked with retirement plan clients on fiduciary governance, investment oversight, retirement plan administration, and regulatory compliance. Her combination of industry experience and legal training provides clients with a unique perspective on the legal and practical challenges affecting today's employee benefits landscape.
