Evan Giller and Jeremiah Hanrahan join Boutwell Fay

Boutwell Fay LLP is pleased to announce that Evan Giller and Jeremiah Hanrahan, formerly of Giller & Calhoun, LLC, have joined the firm, opening the firm’s first East Coast office in New York City. The addition of Giller and Hanrahan, two senior attorneys with decades of experience, broadens and deepens Boutwell Fay’s capabilities and gives the firm national reach. With the addition of Giller and Hanrahan, the firm now has seven attorneys, all practicing exclusively in the area of employee benefits and ERISA, with expertise in a broad range of complex employee benefits issues, including the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
