On Wednesday, May 5th, Boutwell Fay and Rogers Benefit Group jointly presented the webinar "COBRA Premium Assistance: Your Questions Answered" which included a lot of helpful information discussing how the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 provides for health insurance premium subsidies and a special enrollment period to elect COBRA health insurance coverage – we are getting many questions about the new rules and new guidance is expected from IRS as well.
